TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you agree to the following:PAYMENT:- Payments are accepted via PayPal in GBP (£), with invoices available on request.- Payment is to be made after the commission has been completed.- Refunds are available on the condition that the piece has not progressed past a sketch. In cases where lining and colouring has begun, a refund will be given in accordance to how much of the art was completed.TURNAROUNDS AND PROCESS:- Turnaround times vary from a few hours to a couple of weeks. This depends on the complexity of the commission, my queue length, and how busy I am in my day-to-day life. I'll give you an estimate on how long I expect your art to take.- I provide updates on request, and will inform you of any major delays.- You will be sent a sketch before I begin to line and colour, with potential palettes for mood. I provide unlimited sketch revisions (within reason!).
